Music System for UE4

If you use the tool, please let me know of any feedback or issues you have.  I am working on this weekly to implement features and fix bugs.  Make sure your timesynth and synthesis/dsp plug-ins are enabled before using.  

Drag it into your plug-ins folder(4.23/4.24 versions included) and enjoy!
